I can’t thank you all enough for the wonderful presentation and delicious food at Sam and Rob’s rehearsal dinner. All of our friends and family could not stop talking about what a great time they had. I am looking forward to seeing you on my next trip to Orlando. Here are pics of the happy couple.

Hi Jaime, I sent a note to John, but I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the wonderful job you did with preparing my wife’s birthday celebration before you went out of town. It was an incredible evening full of wonderful little touches to make her feel special. It was really one of her best birthdays ever…and certainly one of the most romantic evenings, and best meals, we’ve ever had. Thank you for taking the time to put everything together. I really appreciate your creativity and extra effort. Your entire staff was very attentive to us on Saturday, especially our server Todd. What an amazing guy and he’s so knowledgeable about food and wine.  The wines he picked were excellent matches with our dinner and the food, as always, was amazing. Thanks for always making us feel welcome. Please let me know when you’re back in town. I have a little thank you gift I want to drop off for you.

Jaime, You and your staff provided a spectacular party. Every detail from quality service, to cordially intermingling with guests, was professionally executed. Being able to create a mood and theme that reflected my home and party are other examples of the wonderful work you provided. The table was beautiful. I must not forget to mention the food. I heard so many complements on the grape leaves and actually EVERYTHING! Job well done, Jaime! Please extend the compliment to the bartenders too. I sincerely thank you.

Harmoni Market’s catering services are highly recommended. Their food was full of flavor, their presentation was casually elegant and their staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Everyone truly enjoyed the variety that Harmoni presented.  I can honestly say Harmoni Market is an excellent choice.

I own a firm that sells exclusively to the hospitality industry. My customers, mostly interior designers or buyers for the major resorts, casinos, hotels and timeshare companies are very discerning in their choices and I must demonstrate that same standard in the operation and marketing of my business. I often entertain my customers or conduct presentations during a catered luncheon. For a few years I was using the same companies that were used by my competitors and I was looking for a caterer that would set me apart.

Two years ago while dining at Harmoni I learned that they offered catering services. As the restaurant food was excellent, I decided to try their catering. I discussed my needs with Jaime Niemann, Harmoni marketing director, and she presented several great suggestions. The luncheon was a great success and the designers all wanted to know who catered it as they said it was very creative, wholesome and fresher than the usual luncheon fare that they are served.

I have used Harmoni exclusively since that date as have never had anything but compliments on the food. Once I make the arrangements I leave the rest up to Harmoni and they arrange with the destination for delivery and setup. I  highly recommend Harmoni as caterer.

Thank you Harmoni for my bridal shower!  The shower was a wonderful surprise and absolutely exquisite!  The setting was beautiful, the tapas style food was fantastic and the service was excellent.  A year later my friends are still saying what a unique and fabulous shower I had.  During the shower our party was escorted from the dining area to the cheese section of the market.  The cheese monger taught us how to make homemade mozzarella cheese and I actually mixed the cheese myself as she taught us how to tie knots.  From there we returned to our table and the entire party received balls of cheese to tie into knots to take home.  Now that’s a shower favor!  Harmoni went out of their way to make the event memorable and absolutely perfect.  I would highly recommend them for such an event!

I have a little thank you card for you that I was going to drop by this week!!  The food was excellent - I heard so many comments about the sauces and the Greek tapenade!! People loved it!! I myself got to sit down for all of 5 seconds haha, but in that time I had some flatbread and it was great J!

I want to really thank both you and the chef for making my son’s birthday party so special. The food was EXCELLENT! I am more than 100% satisfied. I know we did not have the biggest order, but you treated me like I was your top priority. That meant a lot to me.

It was such a relief to not have to worry about the food and how it would be after being prepared or what it would look like - two problems I have had before with catered foods for parties I have thrown.  I had complete faith in Harmoni, honestly because you made me feel like I mattered and that you were going to take care of everything. I have eaten there a lot so I know how good the food always is!

Thank you so very much for catering our baby shower on Sunday. From the moment I called you I felt I was in very creative hands! I was right. Your expertise and imagination exceeded our expectations. The theme of “high tea” was a perfect compliment to the gentleness and Joie de vive of the occasion. The choice of tea sandwiches was ideal. They were delicate and delicious. You put a lot of thought into the pastries, the cake and the decorations. They were all delicious including the edible flowers. I would highly recommend your services for any occasion. You went above and beyond to make sure we had the very best affair. It was truly a class event. I have heard from so many guests that they enjoyed trying everything!  Bravo to the chefs!! From the gourmet egg salad to the tender chicken and almonds it was ALL so good. You made my daughter very happy with all the goodies and chocolate!!  Thank you again, for making such a memorable event.
