See below for detailed wine list!

Tariquet Ugni Blanc Colombard
‘In the past, all that mattered was the wine making process but over the years, we have gradually learned to make wine that is an honest expression of the vineyard.’ Yves Grassa, winemaker. Superbly intense for a dry fruity white, its bouquet reveals floral and citrus aromas with nice touches of tropical fruit. Light and well-balanced, this wine is a thirst-quenching pleasure.

Tariquet Chenin Chardonnay
The contrast between the Chenin’s minerality and the creamy Chardonnay is somewhat reminiscent of sweet and sour cooking. Fresh, bold and full of flavour at entry with underlying notes of ripe grapes, followed by suave complexity. Faintly floral shades of vanilla vie for position with lingering traces of toffee, while a touch of saltiness leads to a pleasantly surprising finish.

Tariquet Chardonnay
This fine wine offers delicacy, strength and good structure, having fermented and aged in fine-grained French oak barrels. Its subtle bouquet reveals floral notes, fresh butter and hints of vanilla. Fresh and intense at entry, rich flavors then give way to pleasant toasty notes. Shades of vanilla oak underline the Chardonnay’s well-rounded palate and aromatic intensity.

Perrin & Fils Côtes du Rhône Villages
This wine shows something of the international style, this looks like ink in the glass, and it smells something like chocolate covered cherries. It gives more impressions of chocolate covered cherries in the mouth, anchored by a solid, earthy core of black plums, currants and berries, all smoothly textured, yet well structured, with earthy tannins that clamp down some on the finish.

Perrin Cotes du Rhone Villages Vinsobres Rouge 2004
Dark ruby color, with purple reflections. Intense nose of macerated cherries and licorice. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied with a generous attack, a pleasant freshness and elegant tannins. This well-balanced wine shows a typical expression of southern Rhône wine with thyme and rosemary aftertaste.

Perrin & Fils Rhone Red Blends from Vacqueyras, France
Clearly a wine from a warm place, with its amber hues and richness of texture. The nose is reminiscent of morello cherries, flowers and liquorice. On the palate it shows an unctuous texture and is rich and concentrated.
