Mapema Sauvignon Blanc -
“Pale color. Spicy aromas of lemon, lime and flowers. Rich, fat and edge-free, with just enough bite to its rather viognier-like peach and melon flavors. A supple, full style of sauvignon.” 88 points – Stephen Tanzer’s International Wine Cellar

Lurton Torrantes 2007 -
Of doubtful origin, Torrontes is thought to come from the Mediterranean . Related to the muscatels, it is grown in the Iberian Peninsula and in Argentina , where like Malbec, this fresh and zesty white has become representative of this new-world wine nation.

Crios Rose of Malbec -
“The 2007 Rose of Malbec is medium pink with an expressive bouquet of strawberry and cherry. The wine is mediumbodied with lots of glycerin giving the wine a smooth palate feel. Dry in style, the wine has rich flavors, excellent acidity, and a lengthy finish. Drink this remarkably food-friendly wine over the next 1-2 years. Although Susana Balbos’s Crios offerings are the declassified lots from her more expensive “signature” wines, they need make no apologies. They rank among the best values from my Argentina wine tastings. All of the Crios wines are outstanding values.” 89 points – Robert Parker

Ben Marco Malbec -
“A lovely mixture of fig, blackberry and cherry defines this opulent malbec, with powerful acidity refreshing the ripe fruit.” - 89 points – Wine and Spirits magazine

Crios De Susana Balbo Syrah / Bonarda - 2005
“The 2005 Syrah-Bonarda (50% of each) is purple-colored with an expressive nose of pepper, spice box, and blueberry. On the palate the wine is supple-textured and easy-drinking with plenty of vibrant, spicy, ripe dark fruits, soft tannins, and a fruit-filled finish. Drink this tasty wine over the next 3-4 years. Although Susana Balbos’s Crios offerings are the declassified lots from her more expensive “signature” wines, they need make no apologies. They rank among the best values from my Argentina wine tastings. All of the Crios wines are outstanding values.” 89 points – Robert Parker

Tikal Amorio Malbec -
“The 2006 Amorio (100% Malbec), from a great vintage, spent 12 months in French oak, 60% new. It is opaque purplecolored with a splendid perfume of pain grille, vanilla, spice box, black cherry, and blackberry. Medium to full-bodied, it has a plush palate feel, excellent balance, and nicely combines elegance with power. It has enough silky tannin to evolve for 4-6 years and should drink well through 2020. Tikal is owned by Ernesto Catena of the renowned Argentine wine family.”92 points – Robert Parker
