A little bit about our Wine Artisan-
Shawn Wehrle began drinking wine while studying in France at LUniversite dAngers. The habit soon turned to an obession leading to a still interesting debate on how much of his paycheck should go to wine and how much to food. Once back from France, Shawn has worked in many different areas within the hospitality industry including wine retail, restaurants, hotels, wine bars, and even worked for Lange Estate in Oregon during the 2006 harvest crafting some the best Pinot Noir the US has to offer. Having worked for a brief period as a chef in Melbourne, AUS what he enjoys most is creating and hosting wine.
