These small batch, hearth-baked delicacies arrive daily from Olde Hearth Bread Company, Orlando’s only artisan bakeshop capable of meeting our strict standards for quality, freshness and taste. Proprietors Shannon Talty and Janice Braham have been integral in the development of the unique breads featured on all bistro entrees and in the market bread case. Market favorites include the ciabatta, focaccia, and the French baguette.
