I own a firm that sells exclusively to the hospitality industry. My customers, mostly interior designers or buyers for the major resorts, casinos, hotels and timeshare companies are very discerning in their choices and I must demonstrate that same standard in the operation and marketing of my business. I often entertain my customers or conduct presentations during a catered luncheon. For a few years I was using the same companies that were used by my competitors and I was looking for a caterer that would set me apart.
Two years ago while dining at Harmoni I learned that they offered catering services. As the restaurant food was excellent, I decided to try their catering. I discussed my needs with Jaime Niemann, Harmoni marketing director, and she presented several great suggestions. The luncheon was a great success and the designers all wanted to know who catered it as they said it was very creative, wholesome and fresher than the usual luncheon fare that they are served.
I have used Harmoni exclusively since that date as have never had anything but compliments on the food. Once I make the arrangements I leave the rest up to Harmoni and they arrange with the destination for delivery and setup. I highly recommend Harmoni as caterer.
